Teles Smith chainsaw dating from mid 1950’s

Supplied to us as a non runner – possibly seized up.
Supplied by Teles Smith, Paddington, London.
Single cylinder JAP 4 stroke engine.
After a little care and attention to the “spark generation” she fires up first pull and is generally in working order.
As the engine is fitted with a conventional carbuttor, the blade can be turned through 90 degrees to maintain the engine vertical when cutting horizontal.
