Conder 1.5 Yard Scraper Box

A simple small scraper box with a revolving tub to discharge the load.
Towed by a medium size crawler tractor and operated by a single hydraulic ram, unlike the much larger machines which had a sophisticated arrangement of wire ropes, operated by winches on the Caterpillar D8 size machines which towed them.
Originally supplied to, and sourced from T W Ansell, the house builders, based at Park Road West, Huddersfield in the late 1990’s.
